heyyyyy guys! It's lex back with another recipe for chocolate mocha frosting! (I know, duh, its in the title)

As I type this, the batch of frosting is in the fridge and the cakes are baking. This frosting with chocolate cake is literally heaven. It's actually one of my close friend's mom's recipe and I've used it so many times.
It's always a hit with my friends because all my friends, they looove coffee and I love to bake for them
Ingredients:
-3 cups heavy cream
-1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
-1/8 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder (I used an all natural Dutch blend)
-1/8 tsp salt
-2 tsp instant coffee (I used Folger's)
-1 tsp vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Then, use an electric handheld mixer on a low speed to blend it all together. Slowly incline the speed to the fastest mode. Whip it all together until soft stiff peaks form. If your cake isn't cooled yet, place the frosting in a covered bowl. When ready to frothe cake, place generous dollop of frosting on top and spread evenly.
I hope y'all enjoy this recipe as much as I do...Ive had it as my birthday cake frosting for a few years now haha. Always I hope you guys try the recipe (because its HEAVEN) and don't forget to subscribe to the blog!!! 😉
xxx, Lex

^soft, stiff peaks of goodness^
