Camryn's Cooking Corner: Cinnamon French Toast

Happy Monday everyone!! Not really because most people don't like Mondays, but oh well. Today I made cinnamon french toast, which you probably knew already because of the title. Now let's go to the recipe!

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 tsp Milk

- 1 Egg

- 1 Slice of Bread

- Oil

- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- A pinch or 1 tsp of Brown Sugar

- Whipped Cream (Optional)

Steps:

1) Crack the egg into a dish big enough to fit the bread. (I used oatmeal bread which is bigger)

2) Whisk egg. Then add milk and cinnamon and whisk again.

3) Put bread face down. Let the bread absorb the egg mixture. Flip. (Make sure you evenly distribute the egg mixture)

4) Turn on pan and add oil once hot.

5) Add bread with egg mixture onto pan. (If you have any extra egg pour it on top of the bread)

6) Cook bread for about 1 minute on each side. Or cook until golden brown on each side.

7) Turn heat off and put bread on a plate.

8) Add whipped cream if desired.

9) Enjoy!!!
